If zone alarm is already installed in your system then please remove first using control panel Add/Remove option, if not then skip this step.

Install Kaspersky internet security or any version of kaspersky, unchecked the Firewall option.

This will installed kaspersky without the firewall, after successful installation reboot your system and then install Zone alarm.

Add all kaspersky exe’s to trusted application to zone labs otherwise kaspersky fail to update.
